Join in a day of learning from one of the top KCBS Pit-masters in the world. Drew will cover offset and drum practices and how to be efficient in canopy cooking. Learn all about their secrets from meat selections , prep, injecting, and timeline.
 Accolades consist of 2024 Grand champion of the KCBS world invitational, Reserve Grand of KCBS Open. 2024 Jack Daniel’s Second runner up with 1st place and 180 in pork and brisket. 2024 2nd runner up at the American Royal open, 5th place 180 in the open.

Over 30 GC’s and 15 RGC’s 

multiple 700 and 180’s across all 4 categories 

class will start at 8am and wrap up by 5 pm

lunch and light snacks throughout the day provided

All products used throughout the day will be available for purchase.
